Founder profile
Prime Horizon Worldwide was founded by Rael Paster, a UAE-resident senior technology executive with 35 years of international experience across HPE, IBM, Rackspace Technology, PwC, and senior director roles in AI strategy and solutions engineering. He has founded businesses across South Africa, Switzerland, the UK, and the UAE. Advisory is grounded in real operating experience, not theoretical frameworks.
